About Me...
I am a retired firefighter, paramedic, and registered nurse. I worked for the City of Boca Raton Fire Rescue Services for 22 years. I am trained in Real Estate in the State of Florida. I am licenced as a Real Estate Associate in the State of Florida. Some of my additional training includes, training in building codes and construction, home and building inspections. I have been trained in incident command, hurricane preparedness and emergency management. I have conducted numerous home and building inspections throughout my 23 years of fire and civil service career. On a personal note, happily I have been married for 25 years and I have two wonderful children. My wife is an award winning teacher, who works for local St. Johns County Schools. I am a permanent resident of St. Johns County and plan on living in PVB for the rest of my life.

DS Property Watch LLC is licensed by the State and St John’s County. DSPW has liability insurance and is insured and bonded to protect your lovely home.

Services are available hourly, weekly or yearly.  DSPW LLC’s  maintenance watch-inspect service fee starts as low as $50 per week, call for more info.
